1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bpok platform and all of its services ("Services"). By visiting the bpok website, creating an account, or using any of the Services, you agree to fully accept and comply with these Terms.

bpok is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) and provides seamless payment facilities through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, bpok's interpretation shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to create an account and use the services on the bpok platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use the services on bpok. Registration or use of an account by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. bpok may request submission of a valid identity document at any time for the purpose of age verification.

2.2 Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

Full name (as per national identity card)
Active mobile number
Valid email address
Date of birth
Preferred payment method details

Providing false or incorrect information may result in account suspension or closure, and all transactions will be considered void.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but if they are operated from the same device or IP address, bpok reserves the right to verify them.

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or renting an account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Accounts are entirely personal and non-transferable.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account secure. bpok applies SSL encryption and other technical security measures; however, maintaining the confidentiality of your login details is your responsibility.

Do not share your password with anyone.
Always log out after using a public or shared device.
If you notice any suspicious activity, contact bpok support immediately.
It is recommended that you change your password regularly.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you notify bpok promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach, we will take the necessary action.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

bpok processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. The currently approved payment methods are:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. No deposit below this amount will be accepted.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

The account must be fully verified.
The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
The owner of the payment account and the owner of the bpok account must be the same person.

4.5 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on bpok are secured through SSL encryption technology. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious transactions, bpok may request additional documents for verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳6,000 will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 (2,000 × 15) must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Important: Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own validity period, and if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
bpok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
bpok reserves the right to close an account if abuse of promotional benefits is proven.

5.4 VIP Program

bpok's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation. Cashback amounts are credited to your account at a set time and specific conditions apply.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bpok is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is entirely independent and unpredictable.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply for various games and markets. These limits are stated on the relevant game page. bpok reserves the right to change these limits at any time as needed.

6.3 Technical Errors

If any game or betting outcome is affected by a technical error, server outage, or software issue, bpok reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the wagered amount. Winnings obtained through technical errors will not be considered valid.

6.4 Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets, official scores and results will apply. There will be no opportunity to change the outcome after a bet has been settled. In the event of any dispute, bpok's decision shall be final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpok platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

Using another person's account or payment details.
Operating games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Claiming bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means.
Attempting to disrupt the security or functionality of the platform.
Harassing or defrauding other users.
Operating on behalf of professional betting syndicates.
Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or errors.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found or suspected, bpok reserves the right to take any action without notice, including legal action.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by bpok

bpok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Proof of or reasonable suspicion of a breach of the Terms.
Inconsistencies in provided information or evidence of false information.
Failure to provide requested documents for security verification.
Failure to pass age verification.
The need for cooperation in a financial crime investigation.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time. In this case, the remaining balance in your account (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned. To request account closure, contact [email protected].
